Things we study, published with the receipts.

Every project here makes its predictions in public, stores them before the event, and grades them after — nothing is edited after the fact. The point is to show whether a method works, honestly, over time.

NFL game predictions
LIVE
A statistical model (team strength, opponent-adjusted efficiency, the named starting quarterback, injuries, rest) plus a small, capped "analyst" layer that reads the news. Every pick is stored before kickoff with a plain-language reason, then graded against the result and against the betting markets.

Closing-line favorite over the same games: 68.2%.

Maine HS Football
Schedules, results, official standings and a what-if tool
LIVE
Every Maine high school football team, all 11 divisions. The official Crabtree standings recomputed from the results and checked against the MPA's own numbers, a tool that shows what moves if any game goes the other way, a power rating that is honest about how little eight games can tell you, and a weekly recap written from the facts. Not a prediction site — the standings are the story.
153results in through Week 4, all 11 divisions
Official Crabtree standings recomputed and checked against the MPA's published numbers.

How to read this site

Each project has its own pages: what it predicts this week, its running record, and a "How this works" page that explains the method, the data sources and when the numbers update. Records are shown next to a public benchmark wherever one exists (for sports, the closing betting line) so you can judge a model against something real rather than against itself. Nothing on this site is betting, financial or legal advice.
